The welcometothefreakshow team aims to be an expert team of artists/designers/programmers who undertake various paid commissions with equal rates of pay.

Pay is as follows:
Under equal participation in a commissioned piece of work the team members who worked on it will recieve equal shares of the earnings paid via paypal, a team leader will be chosen by the team per commission and has to make sure everyone undertakes the same amount of work, they will have the ability to edit the percentages each person is paid and is also allowed to take people off their team, however if you feel there is an unfair percentage drop or unfair team dismissal you can post a complaint about the leader.

When a commission is requested the details will be submitted on the "current commissions" page including what the requested commission was, the date posted, the deadline, details of the client and the amount they will pay for the commission.
Once a commission has been requested you need to click the join button and then if you are chosen to work on the commission you will post regular back-ups of the work you have done towards the commission online as proof that you have been helping with it and to make sure little or no data is lost.

There will also be some member benefits such as a personal portfolio for you to showcase your work and to do with what you like as long as it is suitable.

Home - A home page with an image scroller to showcase commissioned work and areas for a site introduction, news etc.

About Us - A page with space for an image of the team with buttons for each member and spaces for each persons information including ratings collected through past commissioned work.

Past Commissions - A page to showcase all previous commissions taken on by the WTTFS team.

Hire Us - A page in which a visitor can fill in a form to hire us for a commission.

Progress - A page in which a client can see the progress of the commission via descriptions by the team, a progress bar and a preview of the commission. There will be a field in which the client can send a message to the team so they can have control of the commission

Contact Us - A page in which a visitor can type us a note or get contact information for the team.

Pick up your commission - A page in which the client can see the individual work of each team member involved with the commission and can rate them out of 5, can leave an overall review and download the finished commission.

All pages above will need space for 1 vertical ad banner and one horizontal ad banner.

Backstage - A page in which each team member has to login to use, this should follow the theme of a design studio, all following pages will then be made available:

Control Panel - A page in which the member can edit their personal information and personal pages.

Mindmap - This will open a program integrated into the website which will allow the users to simultaneously work together on a mindmap in realtime, the program will also need created.

Jobs - This will show the current available commissions, there will need to be a table showing information about each commission with a more detail option and a "Join" button for the member to click to become available for the commission.

Upload - A page in which the member can upload the progress in the commission and write a short paragraph explaining what they did, the other members involved in the commission will be able to download the files.

There will also be a function in which you can have an IM conversation with the members if they are online.

A majority of functions on the website will need to be automated and easy to use.

This seems like a lot of work but this will help to create your workspace and to show clients what we can do thus securing more commissions, also everyone who participated in the creation of the website will be promoted to admins meaning they earn a larger percentage of the earnings from commissions than standard members
